Growing up facing adversity, Dr. Berry understands firsthand the challenges youth face. His personal journey fuels his compassion, authenticity, and ability to connect with young people. Every program, mentorship session, and workshop is rooted in lived experience, spiritual grounding, and a genuine desire to see youth succeed.
Today, Dr. Berry is recognized as one of the most influential youth mentors in Metro Atlanta. Through Focus 21 Foundation, he continues to empower youth to develop wellness, leadership, financial literacy, and the skills needed to positively impact the world.

Tanbrance K. Berry is a native of Atlanta, GA, and the Chief Operating Officer of Focus 21 Foundation Inc., where she guides daily operations, program implementation, and strategic partnerships to advance education, workforce development, and equitable access for underserved communities. A three-sport student-athlete (flag football, basketball, track and field) and a pre-law major at Howard University, she brings discipline, teamwork, and a rigorous analytical mindset to leadership and governance. Tanbrance leads budgeting, stakeholder communications, and scalable, data-informed programs that drive sustainable impact and community empowerment.
She is passionate about mentorship, youth opportunity, and advancing systemic change through evidence-based practices.
Theresa Godbold is a MTSS coordinator with 15 years of experience in education. She specializes in helping students with learning deficiencies and is known for dedication in helping the youth find their voice, grant writing, coaching, and youth travel. Theresa Godbold holds a degrees from Georgia State University. She also attended Savannah State University and The university of Georgia.
Tiffany Tolbert joined the organization in 2017. As an avid reader, her vision is to ensure that every child becomes literate and develops a love for reading. She has over 15 years of experience in the Atlanta nonprofit community. Tiffany made her mark in Atlanta through her career with Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta and volunteerism with the Ryan Cameron Foundation. Her leadership has helped both organizations grow and further their impact in the greater Atlanta community.
Tiffany has been an Atlantan since 2004 and is originally from Cleveland. She earned a BA from Columbia University and a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from Case Western Reserve University.
